When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That person runs a local pest or wildlife business. They are not an employee of Liberalstays Pest Control. Liberalstays Pest Control only makes the introduction.

Providers vary. Some focus on residential pest control. Some handle rodents and wildlife. Some treat termites. A few do all three. We try to match you with one who fits your problem.

What Happens on the Call

The call is simple. Have a few facts ready:

• What you saw, heard or found.
• Where in the house it happened.
• How long it has been going on.
• What type of home you have, such as a Cape, a multi-family or an older house with a stone foundation.

The provider will ask follow-up questions. Some may offer a visit to look at the problem. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check who is open for new jobs near you.

What to Ask a Provider

A good provider is happy to answer questions. Try these:

• What is the pest, and how do you know? The answer should be clear and specific.
• What is the plan? Ask for steps, products or tools, and timing.
• Is the quote in writing? Costs vary by job, so get it on paper.
• How does the season affect the work? Some treatments work better in certain months.
• What about pets and children? Ask what to keep clear and for how long.
• Will you seal entry points? For rodents and wildlife, this is key to keeping them out.
• Is there a follow-up visit? Many pest problems need a second look.
• Are you licensed and insured? Ask to see proof.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can say no. You can get a second opinion. You can ask for another quote and compare. There is no obligation.

If a provider pushes you to sign on the spot, slow down. A fair provider gives you time to think. Be careful with any deal that sounds too good, or any promise that a pest will never return. Nature does not work that way.
