Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use liberalstays.garden and the services offered through it by Liberalstays Pest Control. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Liberalstays Pest Control Does

Liberalstays Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, schedules, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Get the estimate in writing.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice. It is also not advice on whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give us accurate information when you reach out. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. The provider we connect you with may do the same. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@liberalstays.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The text and design of this site belong to Liberalstays Pest Control or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Liberalstays Pest Control is not liable for loss or harm tied to your use of this site. That includes loss tied to a provider's services or products, or to any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
